Bleed Stack Sniper — Boss Shredder

Overview

The Bleed Stack Sniper is a PvE specialist. Your core mechanic is applying as many Bleed stacks as possible to a boss or elite, then detonating with Explosive Arrow while they're staggered from Stagger Arrow.

Bleed in Mistfall Hunter scales with stack count — the 5th stack deals disproportionately more damage than the first. This build is entirely designed to hit that 5th stack as fast as possible.

How Bleed Works

Each Bleed Shot applies one Bleed stack. Stacks have a duration and fall off. Serrated Tips extends the stack duration, and Bleed Master increases damage per stack. At maximum stacks, Explosive Arrow detonation is genuinely ridiculous damage.

Skill Priority

• Bleed Shot — Your primary spender. Fire as fast as possible to stack Bleed.
• Stagger Arrow — Use before Explosive Arrow. A staggered target takes bonus damage.
• Explosive Arrow — Your detonation tool. Use at 4-5 Bleed stacks.
• Scout — Reveals enemy positions and highlights weak points on bosses, increasing crit chance.

Boss Rotation

Scout (reveal weak point) → Bleed Shot × 4 → Stagger Arrow (stagger window) → Explosive Arrow → Bleed Shot × 3 → Explosive Arrow → repeat

Talent Notes

• Eagle Eye — Increases effective range and damage at maximum range. Always stand far back.
• Bleed Master — Increases damage per Bleed stack. Your primary damage scaler.
• Hunter's Mark — Marks a target to take 15% increased damage from all sources. Use on bosses.
• Swift Quiver — Reduces Bleed Shot cooldown, letting you stack faster.
• Serrated Tips — Stack duration increase. Without this, stacks fall off before you reach 5.
• Ghost Arrow — Bleed Shot pierces through enemies. In multi-enemy scenarios, this is double value.

Affix Notes

• Lethal — Increases all damage. Your highest priority.
• Brutal — Amplifies your detonation windows during Stagger.
• Precise — Crit chance. With Scout revealing weak points, crits are near guaranteed.
• Tenacious — You're ranged but not invincible. The HP buffer matters in high-intensity extractions.
• Swift — Reduces cooldowns. More Bleed Shots = more stacks = more damage.

Tips

Always maintain maximum range. Bosses can't easily target you from 40+ meters. If adds spawn, use Ghost Arrow to Bleed multiple targets simultaneously — even untargeted adds will have stacks if they walk through your shots.

For extractions, Scout before engaging. Knowing where enemies are lets you pre-stack Bleed before breaking stealth.
